Kluane
Regional Tourism Plan
The Kluane Tourism planning area includes a National Park, a UNESCO biosphere
reserve, 3 communities, and a major highway corridor. The plan produced
for the Yukon Government utilizes innovative and community-driven approaches,
such as camera exercises, visioning workshops, and local researchers.
The Kluane region is a popular area for tourists and recreationalists,
offering world-class scenery and wilderness opportunities.

Yukon First Nations Tourism
Association Marketing Plan
This 2001 plan provides the association with their first market development
strategy. It gives focus and direction for the association's market development
activities. The plan includes specific marketing tactics that are consistent
with the needs and capabilities of the membersship, as well as the interests
of visitors to the Yukon.

Whitehorse Area Tourism Plan
Thie Whitehorse Chamber of Commerce hired us to create a plan that focused
on developing a government, private and non-profit sector partnership
to create a single integrated community tourism plan. The project team
worked with a Steering Committee and used several innovative techniques
including an individual picture taking exercise to foster group participation.
The majority of recommendations and priorities for action have subsequently
been implemented.
Strategic Plan for the Commemoration of the Klondike Gold Rush Era
This report outlines a strategic plan for commemorating a series of
100-year anniversaries in the Yukon in the 1990's. The strategy was
developed with the input of a broad range of organizations, agencies
and individuals throughout the Yukon. The input process culminated with
a "retreat" workshop in May, 1993 to review and refine the principles
