We are very pleased to inform you of the second edition of Advances in Tourism Marketing Conference (ATMC) to be held 10-12 September 2007 in Valencia (Spain) hosted by the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Economics, University of Valencia. Under the conference theme “Destination and Event Marketing: Managing Networks”, we encourage your submission of papers following the guidelines described in our website, www.atmc2007.org. We trust that you will submit interesting papers that follow the conference theme and meet the standards of our scientific committee, comprised of the world's best commentators in the areas of networking, destination and event management. It will give you the opportunity to discuss your contributions on this interesting theme with academics and researchers, government departments and NTOs, event managers, consultants and planners in the tourism, hotel and airline industries. Also note, that Valencia will have just finished the America's Cup Regatta and we will receive critical insights from Cup managers and local authorities. This ATMC is jointly coordinated by the University of Valencia ( Spain ), University of Otago ( New Zealand ) and Mugla University ( Turkey ). We acknowledge and thank the scientific committee and key note speakers for their early acceptance and commitment to their roles.
