Call for Papers on Hospitality & Tourism Knowledge Management
Symposium at the International Conference on Management and Marketing Sciences (ICMMS) 2008

In
order to complement the regular program with new and emerging topics of
particular interest in Hospitality & Tourism Knowledge Management,
the International Conference on Management and Marketing Sciences 2008 will include a Symposium on Hospitality & Tourism Knowledge Management. The Symposium aims to emphasize issues related to Hospitality and Tourism Management by
stimulating discussion and exchange of ideas between professionals,
academics, researchers, policy-makers, consultants, practitioners,
government officials and postgraduate students from tourism,
hospitality and management related fields.
The
special session will seek papers that attempt to address some of the
key challenges of hospitality & tourism knowledge management,
including (but not limited to) the following themes:

· Business Negotiation
· Business Communication
· Human resource management
· Leadership
· Strategic management
· E-marketing
· Yield and revenue management
· Wellness and spa management
· Social responsibility

· Risk and investment strategies
· Sustainability and green issues
