This special issue of the World Leisure Journal seeks to highlight the various forms of postgraduate research in leisure studies from around the globe. We invite and encourage submissions of papers covering a wide range of topics related to leisure research conducted and reported by postgraduate students in different countries. The World Leisure Journal aims to stimulate and communicate research, theory, and critical thought in all areas that address leisure and its related subjects.

The purpose of this special issue is to give current postgraduate students an opportunity to publish their leisure-related work, drawing it (and them!) to the attention of the wider, global leisure studies community.
