1st Call for Papers
As part of 2012, a potentially
significant year for tourism in Northern Ireland, the Department of
Hospitality and Tourism Management, at the University of Ulster, plays
host to an International Conference on Tourism and Events:
Opportunities, Impacts and Change.
The conference will take place in the four star Europa Hotel, Belfast between June 20 and 22.

The conference organisers invite papers which address the
themes of the conference on Tourism and Events: Opportunities, Impacts
and Change.
Papers for review should be submitted as a word document. (Arial 11pt font, 1.5 line spacing).
Important Dates
Submission of Papers: Deadline – 1st November 2011
Notification to authors of acceptance: 31st January 2012
Revised Paper submission: 30th March 2012

Registration
Dates: 20th, 21st & 22nd June 2012
Conference Fee: £300 (Daily rate £150)
Postgraduate student Fee: £150
The fees include conference attendance, lunch and coffee for the duration and one copy of the conference proceedings.
Hotels: Accommodation in Belfast is
plentiful and caters for all budgets. We recommend you stay at the
conference venue, the Europa Hotel (part of the Hastings hotel group). A full registration form for the conference will be available soon. |
